Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I set up a limited company?+
We handle the whole process: choosing a name, setting up shareholders and directors, registering with Companies House, and completing tax registrations. Most incorporations are completed within 24 hours.
How long does it take to form a company?+
Companies House usually processes online incorporations within 24 hours once we have your details. We then set up your tax registrations and bookkeeping straight after.
Should I be a sole trader or a limited company?+
It depends on your profit level, your attitude to risk and your plans. A limited company can be more tax-efficient and limits personal liability but involves more admin. We’ll model both and recommend the right structure.
What do I need to register a company?+
A company name, a registered office address, at least one director and shareholder, and details of the share structure. We guide you through each item.
Do you provide ongoing support after formation?+
Yes. Formation is the start of the relationship — we go on to handle your accounts, corporation tax, bookkeeping and payroll, with unlimited support included.
